Awas, ASN Tak Masuk Kerja Senin Besok Akan Kena Sanksi!

Hari Senin (10/6) besok masyarakat, termasuk aparatur sipil negara (ASN) akan kembali bekerja seperti biasa usai libur panjang Lebaran. ASN yang tidak masuk kerja tanpa alasan yang sah bakal dijatuhi sanksi.

Hal tersebut tertuang dalam Surat Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi Republik Indonesia (MENPAN RB) Nomor B/26/M.SM.00.01/2019 tentang Laporan Hasil Pemantauan Kehadiran Aparatur Negara Sesudah Cuti Bersama Hari Raya Idul Fitri 1440 H seperti dibawah ini:



Surat tersebut ditujukan MenPAN RB Syafruddin kepada para pejabat pembina kepegawaian instansi pusat dan daerah. Surat itu ditembuskan kepada Presiden dan Wakil Presiden Joko Widodo (Jokowi)-Jusuf Kalla (JK).

Dalam surat bertanggl 27 Mei 2019 tersebut, Syafruddin meminta agar dilakukan pemantauan terhadap ASN pada Senin 10 Juni 2019. Berikut 4 poin penegasan Syafruddin agar kehadiran ASN dipantau:

Dalam rangka penegakan disiplin Aparatur Sipil Negara dan optimalisasi pelayanan publik setelah pelaksanaan Cuti Bersama Hari Raya Idul Fitri 1440 H, dengan ini kami sampaikan kepada seluruh Pejabat Pembina Kepegawaian dan pejabat yang berwenang agar memperhatikan hal-hal sebagai berikut: 

1. Melakukan pemantauan kehadiran Aparatur Sipil Negara sesudah Cuti Bersama Hari Raya Idul Fitri 1440 H, yaitu pada hari Senin, tanggal 10 Juni 2019. 

2. Laporan hasil pemantauan sebagaimana dimaksud pada angka 1 diinput melalui aplikasi https://sidina.menpan.co.id pada hari yang sama paling lambat pukul 15.00 WIB. Petunjuk pengisian aplikasi tersedia dalam laman aplikasi tersebut. Adapun username dan password yang digunakan adalah sama dengan username dan password pada aplikasi e-formasi. 

3. Terhadap ASN yang tidak masuk kerja tanpa alasan yang sah pada hari Senin, tanggal 10 Juni 2019 dijatuhi sanksi hukuman disiplin karena melakukan pelanggaran terhadap kewajiban Pasal 3 angka 17 Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 53 Tahun 2010 tentang Disiplin Pegawai Negeri Sipil. 

4. Penjatuhan hukuman disiplin kepada ASN sebagaimana dimaksud angka 3 dilaporkan kepada Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi serta ditembuskan kepada Kepala Badan Kepegawaian Negara paling lambat 10 Juli 2019.
